We had Wayne Hobbs come to our apartment complex in Palos Verdes today to do an inspection on all the balconies and walkways. We needed a certification in order to upgrade our railings and build a pool fence. He was on time for the inspection, respectful to us and our tenants. Did a through inspection in a timely and efficient manner. We appreciated his quick response and his friendly manner as well.
